How will I know if I have won the raffle?

We contact all winners by phone,email, and registered post . We also publish numbers and town locations on our RSPCA Raffle website shortly after the draw.

I received a telemarketing call about the raffle… was it genuine?

Yes. We have engaged Insight Charity Fundraising Services to help us with our raffle. Insight works very hard to make our calls friendly, courteous and safe. If you would like to confirm if the call was from our trusted partners, Insight please call 1800 183 346 or follow the links from a Google search, our website, then to this raffle website to get back to this official page. When can I expect my tickets to arrive?

If you purchased your entries online or supplied an email address when ordering over the phone you will receive an email within 48 hoursof the call. If you are expecting your tickets by post they may take up to 21 days to reach you as we use bulk low cost mail.

Is it safe to purchase online?

Yes, our website is safe to use thanks to the following features; Security Certificate (you’ll notice a little lock pad next to this website’s URL), bank logo on the payment page, links to the participating RSPCA state websites, and a prompt confirmation receipt that your order has been received. Is my raffle purchase tax-deductible?

Unfortunately, support via our raffle games are not tax deductible.   You cannot claim a deduction for a purchase (for example, raffle tickets). If you would prefer to make a tax-deductible donation you can by asking during a raffle sales call or using your state’s RSPCA website donation page (links at the bottom of the page).

What useful projects benefit from the funds raised?

It is a joint raffle between RSPCAs in New South Wales, Queensland, ACT, Tasmania, Victoria, and the Darwin region of NT. Western Australia has its own Raffle. South Australia is not part of the Raffle program. Funds are allocated to the state in which you reside, or where a residential address is not required, the nominated state. Net proceeds from ticket purchases are used on animal welfare services.

How do I opt-out of marketing calls?

If you would prefer to not receive raffle or other specific kinds of calls or other contact, please contact us by email at raffle@rspcaraffle.com.au  or by calling the raffle helpline on 1800 183 346. It can take up to 48 hours for you to be removed from the calling list.

I would like to sell the tickets to my friends.

Currently the sale of tickets onto others by the original person who purchased the tickets is not allowed. If you have a friend who is interested in entering the raffle, please feel free to let us know and we will happily contact them for you.

Why no PayPal?

PayPal is unavailable for payment of raffle tickets. However, we have many payment options we can direct you to if you would like to purchase raffle tickets. You can call 1800 183 346 (24/7) so we can help you with a payment using our other reliable options or send you an invoice.
