Nakita’s Story

In another recent animal rescue, beautiful Nakita, a five-year-old Bull Terrier, was picked up by our Animal Ambulance in February.

Sadly, no one came forward to reclaim her and she was in a bad way with a very painful leg injury.

Nakita needed urgent treatment at our Veterinary Hospital, as x-rays revealed multiple fractures in her leg. Precious Nakita underwent a tricky operation to realign her leg and allow her bone to heal.

Nakita is now recovering well post-surgery with a loving foster carer. She’s enjoying much needed rest with short leash walks. Thanks to support such as yours, Nakita has the best possible chance of recovery from her ordeal in a comfy home just like your own.
